Due to store closures, we have temporarily suspended our upgraded and expedited
shipping options. All orders will ship via our free standard shipping to the continental
United States, and you will receive a tracking number within 2 business days.
All returns & exchanges are free. Please see below for shipping options to
Alaska & Hawaii.

Marmi offers the following types of shipping:
- FREE on all orders $99+ shipping to continental United States, APO/FPO, P.O. boxes
- Orders with a subtotal (total before tax and shipping) below $99 will have a $5 shipping
charge and arrive within 6-10 business days
3-5 BUSINESS DAYS EXPEDITED SHIPPING
- 3-5 business days expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95
- Please note that this option is unavailable for orders shipping to
2nd BUSINESS DAY FEDEX RUSH SHIPPING
- 2nd business day FedEx express shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.95
- Express shipping orders ship the next business day after your order is placed
- Please note that depending on the time of day your order is placed, you may
receive your order on the 3rd business day
- Saturday delivery or delivery to P.O. boxes is not available
SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII & US TERRITORIES
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are charged a flat rate
of $20. Please allow 10+ days for delivery.
- Expedited shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories is available for $50.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Saturday delivery included.
International shipping is not available at this time. We apologize
for the inconvenience.
Most orders ship via Fedex within 3 business days. We make every effort to ship your entire order together.
We currently charge sales tax to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
Any shipping promotions only apply to orders to the continental United States.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange your items if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in an unworn, original condition.
All online and catalog orders will come with a pre-paid return label in the box. To return, place the pre-paid label on the outside
of the shipping box and drop off at any FEDEX ground location.
All returns incur a $7.50 charge when the pre-paid label is used, this charge will be deducted from your refund when we receive
your return. Exchanges are always free.
If you receive your order in separate packages, you can still send back all your items in one box, using just the one pre-paid label
If you prefer, you can also purchase your own return label using your preferred shipping method.

* Please note that when returning orders using your own shipping label, we require a copy of your
receipt or order confirmation to be included in the box as we need your contact information to process
your return. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer when not using our pre-paid return labels.
Orders marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges/returns.
RETURNING ONLINE/PHONE ORDERS TO MARMI RETAIL STORES
Regular price orders, purchased online or by phone through our catalog department, can be
returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Retail stores cannot accept returns on sale/clearance merchandise.
