Marmi offers the following types of shipping:

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO EXTREMELY LOW PRICES ALL SALES ON CLEARANCE AND SALE GOODS ARE A FINAL SALE AND NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

**If you order multiple pairs, it is common for us to ship from multiple inventory locations so you may receive some items in your order before others**

STANDARD SHIPPING

- FREE on all orders $99+ shipping to continental United States, APO/FPO, P.O. boxes
- Orders with a subtotal (total before tax and shipping) below $99 will have a $7.99 shipping
charge and arrive within 6-10 business days

Please note orders may be delivered by FedEx or the USPS.

3-5 BUSINESS DAYS EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

- 3-5 business days expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $29.95
- Please note that this option is unavailable for orders shipping to
P.O. boxes

 

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII & US TERRITORIES

- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are charged a flat rate
of $20. Please allow 10or more business days days for delivery.
-  Expedited shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories is available for $50.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Saturday delivery included.

Please note that all shipments shipping to U.S. territories will be sent via
USPS only. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not available at this time. We apologize
for the inconvenience.


PLEASE NOTE:

Most orders ship via Fedex within 3 business days. We make every effort to ship your entire order together.

We currently charge sales tax to the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

Any shipping promotions only apply to orders to the continental United States. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange your items if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in an unworn, original condition.

If an item is returned without the original shoebox a $25 fee will be deducted from the refund.  If the shoes are not in unworn/original condition, no refund will be issued.

All online and catalog orders will come with a pre-paid return label in the box. To return, place the pre-paid label on the outside
of the shipping box and drop off at any FEDEX ground location.

Returned items must be in original shoebox otherwise there will be a $25 reboxing fee.

All returns incur a $9.95 charge when the pre-paid label is used, this charge will be deducted from your refund when we receive
your return. We currently do not offer prepaid returns for orders coming from Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, and kindly ask customers to
arrange for their own return labels. 

If you receive your order in separate packages, you can still send back all your items in one box, using just the one pre-paid label
provided.

If you prefer, you can also purchase your own return label using your preferred shipping method.

* Please note that when returning orders using your own shipping label, we require a copy of your
receipt or order confirmation to be included in the box as we need your contact information to process
your return. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer when not using our pre-paid return labels.

Orders marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges/returns.


RETURNING ONLINE/PHONE ORDERS TO MARMI RETAIL STORES


Regular price orders, purchased online or by phone through our catalog department, can
be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Retail stores cannot accept returns on sale/clearance merchandise purchased online
or over the phone through our catalog department.
