FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS $99+ & FREE EXCHANGES

Marmi offers the following types of shipping within the continental United States:

STANDARD SHIPPING

- FREE on all orders $99+
- Orders with a subtotal (total before tax and shipping) below $99 will have a $5 shipping
charge and arrive within 5-7 days

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

-  2nd day expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $15
- Expedited orders will ship the next business day
- Depending on the time of day the order is placed and where the
items will be shipping from, some expedited orders may arrive on the
3rd busines day. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will
ship on Monday. 

Please note that delivery for expedited shipments is unavailable
on Saturdays.

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $30 shipping charge
- Expedited shipping is currently unavailable
- Please allow for 10+ days for delivery



SHIPPMENS TO P.O. BOXES

- In order to ensure accuracy, we kindly ask you to place your order
over ther the phone by calling our customer service at 1-800-966-2764
when shipping to a P.O. box (or use a physical address instead).

We ship to P.O. boxes for orders shipped from our warehouse. Orders
shipping from our retail stores do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Please note that all orders shipping to a P.O. box are shipped
through USPS and will
not receive a tracking number or a
return label. 

SHIPMENTS TO U.S. TERRITORIES

- Shipments to U.S. Territories are $20
- Expedited shipping is currently unavailable
- Please allow for 10+ days for delivery


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- We offer international shipping through our trusted third-party shipping partner, Borderfree from Pitney Bowes.
International customers are redirected to global.marmishoes.com where they can place their orders. Please note
that all international transactions occur with Borderfree, however,
you can contact our customer service to
assist with any questions. To check the status of
your international order, please check with Borderfree.

For the majority of countries, you will see a guaranteed order total (including shipping, duties and taxes) to make
the process as transparent and convenient as possible. You can also choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.

For some countries, customers are required to pay duties/taxes upon delivery which will be indicated during checkout.
Should your country not be listed, we currently do not offer international shipping to that destination.

Orders placed though our clearance site, shoerack.marmishoes.com, are not eligible for international shipping
at this time.

PLEASE NOTE:

Most orders ship via Fedex within 3 business days. Orders are shipped out on business days (Monday-Friday,
excluding federal holidays). No delivery on Sundays.

We make every effort to ship your entire order together.

We currently charge sales tax to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana,
Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.

Any shipping promotions only apply to orders to the continental United States. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange your items if they are returned within 30 days of purchase in an unworn, original condition.

All online and catalog orders will come with a pre-paid return label in the box (with the exception of orders shipped
to P.O. boxes, see "Shipping to P.O. Boxes" section above for details). To return, place the pre-paid label on
the outside of the shipping box and drop off your return at any Fedex ground location.

All returns incur a $7.50 charge when the pre-paid label is used, this charge will be deducted from your refund when we receive
your return. Exchanges are always free.

If you receive your order in separate packages, you can still send back all your items in one box, using just the one pre-paid label
provided.

If you prefer, you can also purchase your own return label using your preferred shipping method.

* Please note that when returning orders using your own shipping label, we require a copy of your
receipt or order confirmation to be included in the box as we need your contact information to process
your return. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer when not using our pre-paid return labels.

Orders marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges/returns.


RETURNING ONLINE/PHONE ORDERS TO MARMI RETAIL STORES

Regular price orders, purchased online or by phone through our catalog department, can be
returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Retail stores cannot accept returns on sale/clearance merchandise.
